Directions for use:
The best time to use a body scrub is in the shower. First, cleanse your body as you normally would, or use this scrub as a body cleanser.
 
Massage the body scrub into your skin in gentle circular motions, working to cover the whole body. Work quickly over areas where the skin can be a little more sensitive, like the abdomen or the chest. Pay special attention to areas that are more prone to texture or dead skin build-up, like the legs, feet, and upper arms.
 
Once you’ve exfoliated your entire body, rinse away all remnants.

Do not use on broken or irritated skin. If your skin feels irritated after using body scrub, discontinue use.
